WILLIAM RIS GALLERY PRESENTS “IF WOMEN RULED THE WORLD” - A NEW EXHIBITION FEATURING 12 CONTEMPORARY WOMEN ARTISTS FROM AROUND THE GLOBE

Jamesport, NY – William Ris Gallery is pleased to announce its upcoming exhibition, If Women Ruled the World, a thought-provoking showcase of twelve contemporary women artists whose work challenges and redefines perceptions of power, identity, and cultural heritage. 

The exhibition will be on view from May 3rd through June 1st, 2025, with an opening reception on Saturday, May 3rd from 4-7pm at the gallery’s location in Jamesport, NY on Long Island’s North Fork.

The exhibition brings together a diverse group of accomplished women artists born in countries around the world and now living in the United States. Representing countries such as Argentina, Catalonia, Croatia, Greece, India, Lithuania, Pakistan, Scotland, Ukraine, and Uruguay, each artist’s work reflects unique perspectives on femininity, cultural identity, and global unity.
